Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
All Australian orders are shipped via courier or Australia Post.
Orders are dispatched from our headquarters in Croydon Hills, Victoria, Australia.
Standard shipping within Australia is $8.80.
Please allow 3–8 business days for delivery after dispatch. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods or promotional events.
International Shipping
International shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, starting from $15.00 AUD.
International orders are shipped via Australia Post International.
Estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days, however delivery may take up to 15 business days depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Please note that international orders cannot be delivered to Post Office Boxes.
Customs and Duties (International Orders Only)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the customs authority of the destination country.
Charlie Treats is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged once the parcel reaches its destination.
If customs fees are refused and the order is returned to us, any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
As a registered business, we are required to declare all international shipments as “merchandise” and cannot mark parcels as “gifts.”

While we do our best to ensure orders arrive within the estimated delivery times, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Shipping times may be longer during busy periods.

Charlie Treats is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery timeframes do not include weekends or public holidays.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which can extend delivery timeframes.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct delivery address is provided at checkout. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Charlie Treats cannot issue refunds for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
